Airport Pick-Up Overtime Surcharge:
We understand that some things are out of your control, hence for pick-ups at Changi or Senai airport, your driver will wait up to an hour from your scheduled pick up time. However, please note that a surcharge applies if the wait exceeds the waiting limit (S$20 for every additional hour to be paid to the driver).
Additional Pick-Up/Drop-Off Points:
A surcharge applies for any additional pick-up or drop-off points (S$10 for every additional pick up/drop off point to be paid to driver).
Cancellation Policy:
Whilst we do not impose cancellation fees, we would appreciate the courtesy of informing us of any changes in plans or cancellations at least 1-2 days before your scheduled travel date.

For your convenience, we accept the following payment methods:
- Payment by CASH directly to driver upon arrival at destination
- CREDIT CARD payment with 3.6% transaction fee (early notification required to create payment link)
