Airport Pick-Up Overtime Surcharge:
For Changi or Senai airport pick-up transfer service, your driver will wait for you for up to an hour. A surcharge applies for exceeding the waiting limit (S$20 for every 1 hour to be paid to driver).
Additional Pick-Up/Drop-Off Points:
A surcharge applies for additional pick-up and drop-off points (S$10/additional point to be paid to driver).
Cancellation Policy:
We do not impose any cancellation fee but would appreciate if you could inform at least 1 – 2 days before your travelling date for any cancellations.
