4.2 How To Collect Tioman Island Ferry Ticket At Mersing Jetty

If you do decide to purchase your tickets online, you must be wondering how you can collect the ferry ticket at Mersing Jetty:

Step 1: Head over to Mersing Harbour Centre.

Step 2: Collect your ferry tickets at Counter 21.

Step 3: Go to the Bluewater Express counter (opposite Counter 21) and have your tickets collated. The ticket booth says “Kaunter Ticket”.

Step 4: After Step 3, get your MyCard/Passport scanned and validated at yet another counter, the passenger registration counter. The ticket booth has these signs above “Paya Genting, Tekek, ABC Salang”.

Step 5: When everyone in your group has had their MyCard/Passport scanned, you will then be able to collect your boarding passes from the passenger registration counter.

You’re not done yet though!

Don’t forget to pay the Marine Park & Johor National Park Fees before you head out to Mersing Jetty! Look for the Conservation Fee payment counter and the Tioman Fee Payment counter.
